21 August – 23 October: two full months, interspersed with a few days’ break based on the maturation of the different varieties. More than 60 days of protagonist bunches, from the initial ones of Pinot Noir to the grand finale of Nebbiolo, passing through Chardonnay, Favorita, Dolcetto, Barbera…
Two months full of thanks: to the contributing growers, to the employees, to the various collaborators, and to all those who appreciate our wines.
Once again we have shown that the Union is our strength!
