Production: flavored wine produced with Barolo d.o.c.g. of own production, obtained through the infusion of officinal herbs whose active substances are extracted by maceration at room temperature.
Infusion: cinchona bark, rhubarb and gentian roots, cardamom seeds and other minor spices, including cinnamon and cloves.
Colour: garnet red, with orange nuances.
On the nose: round and well-balanced.
On the palate: soft, aromatic with an intense and long finish
Alcohol: 16% vol.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
Pairings: A classic after-dinner digestive, it pairs perfectly with chocolate desserts.
It is also excellent as an aperitif, served with ice and soda.
